Heal. Learn. Restore.

Thai therapeutic bodywork, taught and given by Dr. Sirichan.
Thirty years of clinical practice, and a technique
passed down through her family
- adapted for the bodies that walk in today.

Sirichan Thai Healing Center - a place for your healing.

"We can never step into the same river twice -
the water has already moved on, and so have we."

Life keeps moving like that, and so does the body. What it needed a year ago, or last week, may not be what it needs today. Sirichan Thai Healing Center works with that. We meet the body where it stands this morning and start there. Every session is its own; nothing runs off a script.

Some people arrive carrying pain that has been with them for years, sometimes for as long as they can remember, and they want relief. Others come to study, ready to go deeper into bodywork they have practiced for a long time already. And some are not after a diagnosis at all. They want space to feel again, to let go of what the body has held for decades and often for generations. Sirichan's treatments are under Heal.

For practitioners, whether massage therapists, physiotherapists, bodyworkers or whole teams, the center teaches what took three generations to gather: abdominal massage, Chantra face massage, full body massage, pregnancy support, the Amataros stick, Tok Sen and herbal treatment. Practitioners travel here from all over the world for Dr. Sirichan's clinical knowledge and leave with a certificate from Sirichan Thai Healing Center. Find your courses under Learn.

A Restore Retreat is built around real therapeutic treatment: three individual treatments with Dr. Nooy's team over your stay of 5 nights, shaped around what your body actually needs. Six days in Chiang Mai unfold around that: pool, garden, relaxing time and very little at all. You can view retreat dates and availability.

Dr. Sirichan, or Nooy to her students and friends, teaches and treats in the spirit of Sanuk Sanan, the Thai habit of meeting life with lightness and an open heart, even in the middle of careful clinical work. It is less a philosophy than a way of paying attention, and most people pick up on it within a few minutes of walking in.

The healing center sits inside a green oasis in San Kamphaeng, Chiang Mai, with a restaurant, a pool, a mini-golf course and fourteen bungalows: twin and kingsize rooms, one four-bed room and one with its own whirlpool. House guests get 10% off single treatments. Find your stay with us.

Feel welcome to Heal, Learn and Restore at Sirichan Thai Healing Center.

Not a spa experience - a clinic, and they treated my long-standing shoulder and back problems with real success.

Maya · Client

A heartfelt thank you and deep respect to Dr. Nooy and the whole team. On our first visit, they treated pain from a tibia fracture that surgeons in Europe couldn't resolve - and fixed it completely. This time, a pinched nerve in my neck that had bothered me for four years. This clinic is like rejuvenation for me.

Pato · Client

I came in nine months after giving birth, with pain in my shoulders and lower back and numbness in one toe from nerve swelling - after seeing many other therapists with no improvement. After just one hour I could sit upright again, completely relaxed. A true miracle.

Tori · Client

I believe I was holding blocked energy and stuck emotion in my belly, my womb and my shoulder. She knew exactly where to work.

Elin · Client

Not a typical wellness massage. You come here to bring your body back into balance for the long term, with real results that last.

Noah · Client

This isn't just a massage - it's true healing.

Priya · Client

Sirichan is an amazing doctor with deep knowledge, care and skill. I've been coming to see her for over ten years, through several moves across the city and she always finds and balances exactly what my body needs.

Na · Client

Not just a massage - the truest form of Thai bodywork there is.

Julia · Client

The best massage of my life - painful in the best way and I felt free afterward.

Marcus · Client

After visiting many Thai massage schools in Chiang Mai, this is the most authentic one, with the best and most advanced techniques. I'm excited to come back and continue my training. Thank you, Dr. Nooy and Fred!

Jacquelynn · Student

My whole body felt more balanced after just a few sessions - this goes far beyond treating one complaint.

Ingrid · Client

I recently completed the full four-week course with Dr. Nooy and her team. Thanks especially to Fred, I could clearly see my mistakes and correct them, session by session.

Roberto · Student

A truly profound healing experience - words don't really do it justice.

Felix · Student

This isn't an ordinary massage. Here you get a truly individual treatment, built exactly around what you need. It can be painful - it was for me, since I'd had tension for years - but Dr. Nooy knows her craft and gives the right treatment. I highly recommend her.

Heal ~ Treatments

Carrying pain for a long time makes you tired in a particular way. You hold yourself at an angle all day just to get through it. Healing rarely arrives in one go. It comes back in pieces, over sessions, in small returns of ease you hardly register until one day you do.

That is where Sirichan's Thai healing treatments start.

Every treatment opens with Dr. Sirichan reading your body, to see and feel what it needs today.

Full Body Massage

Most people arrive with something specific. A stiff shoulder, a locked lower back, sciatica, or months of sitting finally catching up with them. Dr. Nooy reads the body first, then works the painful area and everything attached to it, using acupressure, stretching, Tok Sen and spinal balancing as the case requires. Afterwards the body should move and hold itself differently, not just feel relaxed for an hour.

Signature

Abdominal Massage / Abdominal Detox Therapy

Digestive discomfort, menstrual cramps and old tension often sit in the same place: the abdomen. Dr. Nooy works this area with Nuad Tong Boran, a Northern Thai technique passed down through her family, together with a hot herbal application that softens the tissue. Patients tend to notice the effect well past the treatment itself, in digestion and in sleep.

Pregnancy & Post-Natal Massage

Pregnancy changes what a body needs. Before birth it wants energy and comfort. Afterwards it wants time to recover. Dr. Nooy learned this treatment from her grandmother, a working midwife, and has been giving it for over thirty years. Before birth it eases the physical load of carrying a child. After, it works gently on the abdomen so the tissue regains its elasticity.

Signature

Chantra Face Massage

Chantra Face Massage belongs to the same family of hands-on facial work as Japan's Kobido or Korean facial massage, but it is Sirichan's own. A deep manual treatment across face, neck and shoulders that releases tension, moves the circulation and brings tone back. It uses no devices and no injections, so there are no side effects. The lift is visible right away; the rest builds session by session.

Individual Assessment

Before there is a treatment plan, Dr. Nooy wants to see the body she is working with. Not through a form, but through a traditional physical exam: close visual inspection, palpation, iridology, pulse-reading. It looks nothing like a standard check-up, and most patients are surprised how much it turns up in twenty minutes. Then she tells you what she found, in plain words: what she sees, what it probably means, what she would do about it. Plenty of people book the assessment on its own, without a massage afterwards, just to get an experienced read on where their body stands.

Book an individual assessment

These techniques will be part of the treatments if necessary or can be booked as single treatments.

Tok Sen

A Lanna therapy using a wooden hammer and stick that sends a rhythmic vibration through the body to open and rebalance the area being worked. It was used on farmers coming back from the field to release muscle tension quickly. It works just as well on a body that spends its days at a desk.

Herbal Treatment

Hot herbal compresses and traditional herbal applications bring what grows here directly into the body, supporting the hands-on work.

Amataros

Amataros, roughly 'eternal life force', was developed by a Thai monk and is still little known even inside Thailand. It works deep into tendons and fascia and reaches sciatica, posture imbalance, joint trouble and low energy. It also reshapes physical structure and stimulates the body at cell level.

The person behind the practice

Dr. Sirichan's Story

Dr. Sirichan Maneechai - Nooy, to her patients and students - started at eight, working at the elbow of her grandmother Wissim, a midwife and master of Thai herbal medicine. The family skill turned into a life's study: years of training in temples across Thailand with other master healers, then formal recognition as a Doctor of Thai Traditional Medicine, licensed by the Thai Ministry of Public Health.

Across thirty years in the clinic she has built her own healing art, weaving more than twelve traditional Thai modalities into one coherent approach. It is organised around what a particular body needs on a particular day rather than around any single technique.

She will tell you herself that 'energy lines' now turns up in almost every course going, repeated so often it has stopped meaning much in practice. What she teaches sits underneath that: a felt, attentive reading of the body that no textbook page replaces. Which is why her courses run on trust, repetition and time, the way she learned, proven on real bodies rather than argued in a classroom.

Presence before performance, substance before spectacle. That is what 'Sanuk Sanan' (สนุกสนาน) means here: lightness and joy sitting comfortably next to serious clinical work. Healing does not have to be solemn to be real.

In her students' and patients' words

I met her during a time of real emotional difficulty, and she was like a light after a heavy storm. She treated me with Amataros first - afterward, I decided to begin training with her.

Lana · Student

The Professional Face Lifting class was an amazing learning experience. I've studied head and face massage at several other Thai schools, and I even teach it at my own school - but I signed up for this course as much to learn from Dr. Nooy as to explore the technique itself.

Grant · Student

Dr. Nooy is a true source of knowledge, passing it on to her students with honesty and professionalism. If you want to learn, you'll keep learning something new. Accommodation, food, even mini-golf, all right there - a little paradise.

Sophie · Student

I came to Dr. Nooy on a recommendation, with strong pain in my spine and shoulder. After just two sessions I felt significantly better. The way she explains and teaches touched me right away - she teaches through feeling and makes complex connections clear. Because of that, I spontaneously booked the Chantra Face Massage course. Dr. Nooy has magic hands and is a wonderful teacher.

Carina · Client & Student

I originally came for just one session because of neck pain. Nooy treated me so thoroughly that she helped with problems I wasn't even aware of. Now I can breathe more freely, move with more ease and feel less stiff. This is not a typical wellness massage - you come here when you want to bring your body back into lasting balance, with real results.

Martin · Client

I had the pleasure of learning from Nooy, and I can say with full confidence that she is a truly wonderful teacher. Her knowledge, patience and passion for massage therapy made every minute of the learning process a joy.

Chantelle · Student

The best massage I ever did. The doctor broke me and put me back together. I felt brand new afterward. It felt really medical and not just for fun. She really knows what she's doing.

Hodaya · Client

I chose this place based on reviews - great bodywork. Happy I didn't miss this chance to heal in Chiang Mai. Clean and professional, extremely effective technique - enjoy!

· Client

A huge thank you to Dr. Nooy and her whole team. We traveled 14,000 km from the Caribbean to Chiang Mai to be treated, and it was absolutely worth it. This is our third visit, each time with different health issues, and each time we've felt reborn. Especially worth mentioning is the 'baby face' massage - a truly rejuvenating facial treatment.

Learn ~ Courses

There are no slides to copy down here. You work every day, through repetition and correction under Dr. Sirichan's eye, which is how she learned it herself. The understanding arrives through the hands.

By the end you can read a body, change course mid-treatment when it asks you to, and carry a full session on your own.

On the longer programs you live at Green Oasis for the duration: your own bungalow, meals timed around the training day, nothing else to organise. The shorter courses run the same way on a smaller scale, with small groups, hands-on correction, and time with real clients from the clinic rather than only practice on fellow students.

These are the courses currently open for booking.

Restore ~ Retreats

Some people live at a pace that leaves no room to stop, until the body starts insisting. Others have been travelling a while already and are after something with more depth to it, without quite having a word for it yet. A Restore Retreat at Sirichan has room for both.

You come for real therapeutic bodywork, not a routine spa massage. Three individual treatments with Dr. Nooy's team, shaped around what your body actually needs after assessment.

Twice a month, six days in Chiang Mai built around that.

If Chiang Mai is on your route anyway, let Sirichan be the part of the trip that goes inward.
